The exceptional quality of service provided by Weir has proved invaluable to me as I navigate the changes needed over time as my business has grown.  From the very start my account was handled with friendliness and expertise. They took the time to get to know my business, my existing cover and what I required. They were more than efficient at compiling that information and determining what cover I actually needed, business advice that is invaluable to those who do not work in insurance.  After that, they fill in the forms for me over the phone while asking me the required questions, saving me the effort and the insurer the translation costs of deciphering my handwriting.  I could not have asked for a more comprehensive service, and I’m sure I’ll be using Weir Insurance for many years to come.

I have used Weir Insurance for various types of cover, both personally and for my business.  They provide a first class service everytime, ensuring the cover is appropriate for my needs and dealing with my renewal seamlessly.  The advisers are very knowledgeable and personal. Being a small business owner and looking for the right liability insurance I found that looking on my own was a minefield with so many ranges of policies and cover I really didn't know where to start. My company recently placed our Public & Employers Liability’s insurance as well as our Traders Fleet policy with Weir Insurance at a saving of almost £2000 over our previous insurers renewal quote.  Duncan, Karen and all the staff are a pleasure to deal with.  Duncan and Karen took the time to visit our premises to understand exactly what they were quoting for.
