If your looking for quality furniture, at reasonable prices with good staff then you've came to wrong place. This shop is owned by a guy who will happily take your money but if anything happens to the goods will do nothing about it. My x partner bought 2 sofas from him nearly 2 months ago. When they were delivered there was a large burn mark on back of 1 of them which he said he new about and would replace. On 1st night the sofa collapsed at back and she visited his shop for a replacement. She was told to wait a few days for him to get more from the warehouse.....which never happened. Every time she asked when she'd get them she was told another few days. After 5 weeks she asked for a refund and he refused. So nearly 7 weeks later she is still waiting and is no further forward. He is a con man and should be avoided at all costs,

Piss poor service, had to return a faulty washing machine. Still having problems with this company. Took them a month to get me a replacement after repeated asking for them to do what they are legally required to do. Then made excuse not to take the original defective machine they supplied. Still trying to get them to dispose of it, he's trying it on almost 2 months later. Avoid, avoid,avoid. *UPDATE* Finally removed on final day on a letter where I told him to remove by or id take it further. Leaving this review up, as I didn't sue him in the end. But i'm still cross.
