Small local office that I think is family run... sometimes it’s better as you get a more personal approach if your a regular post office user but can also be an inconvenience as there is not enough staff. Usually only 1 or two people and often a long que to the door.

The Lady who works in there often comes across rude. No real eye contact, no ‘how can I help you’ no smile, and no ‘thank you, goodbye’ 
Basic customer service is missing if u ask me 🤷🏽‍♀️

Definitely room for improvement.

Worst service I've ever had anywhere. When i picked up on staffs bad attitude I was told by the man he likes to argue.  He raised his voice and spoke down to me and my wife. What a ignorant, bad mannered idiot. I just wonder if he has that attitude when there's no glass counter deviding him from customers . Unbelievable!!!!!!!

A few issues with photos at first as the original images I had taken elsewhere weren't up to scratch but got my passport photos done correctly in this post office at 4 pound, cheaper then anywhere else,so thanks for the reduction in price for the photos. I sent the photos off to the agencies, the application was good, and my passport application was approved.

Excellent Service, Can't blame the staff for the popularity of the place in a small village surrounded by a number of estates.  Wonderful staff who remember you and what you usually order every time :)
