One of the worst branch and staff , i need to transfer some money to my solicitor account, when I reched there one employee said she don't know how to transfer money because its big amount then she said wait for other staff member a black women she was very rude, i show her my id ,she said she can't transfer money,she dont know how to talk with customer,she said to me you can visit main branch in wolverhampton they can transfer money for you, i ask her why are you sitting there if you cant do anything, if she read this comment my advice to you leave you attitude and ego at home you are doing here job 😡😡😡

Always good service here, can get very busy at peak times. Not particularly accessible for wheelchairs & only one cash point outside.
