Extremely disappointed and upset I have been a NHS patient for over 10 years with regular annual check ups - went to book an appointment and was told I was archived, I asked why and was told the manager John Geaney would contact me, he has not been in touch. I have possibly been taken off the NHS list because either I was 3 months over the 12 month check up date due to personal reasons or because last time I saw a hygienist I was upset at the derogatory way I was spoken to - I know this is very subjective - I work with patients of all ages and genders and try and treat people with kindness and empathy, I felt this was lacking from the hygienist.nI invite Mr Geaney to get in touch.

Removed a tooth for me as a NHS emergency appointment 22/07.nnThe dentist and her nurse I can’t remember the wonderful ladies names who have worked together for far too long, could not have been a better pair! Having an extreme fear of dentists they didn’t even need me to tell them, they picked up on my anxiety immediately!nnThey both calmed me down, helped me through the procedure and after care was fantastic!
