Reception staff very friendly. Dentist gave thorough explanation of my treatment options and Zita the hygienist was hilarious - made what was a seemingly unpleasant 20 min scale and polish enjoyable!

I only wanted to re-arrange an appointment but the receptionist made it sound like it was the end of the world. Rude and when I tried to make light of the situation, she cut me off mid sentence! These 1 star reviews do not surprise me
