Having spent months looking for a plumber to install our new ensuite, Mark took the job on when many would not.  The work carried out was meticulous and to an excellent standard, overcoming issues created by previous plumbers.  The finished bathroom is absolutely lovely, I am so pleased with finished project.
Mark is not frightened to tell you if your ideas will not fit or work and was ready with alternative suggestions.

We came across Weatheroak through Google and didn't know anyone who had used its services. By e-mail, we asked for an assessment of the task and to receive an estimate. Mark Stillman, the man behind Weatheroak Plumbing came and produced a detailed quotation for the makeover, providing many suggestions we had not considered, whilst keeping costs sensible. From giving the go-ahead it was only a couple of weeks before he started removing the ageing tiles and suite before bringing in the new.

He was not fazed by problems that arose from our seized-up isolation valves and pipework of odd sizes and seemed to excel at most trades; painstaking and meticulous best describing his work methods. Having received his quotation, inevitably we added extra tasks and Mark pointed out several issues that could become problem areas in the future which were also completed during the re-fit at minimal cost. The items installed were basically his recommendations; he suggested things we had not thought of and the results were pleasing and provided at reasonable cost. Plastering and tiling is to a very high standard, plumbing is neat and tidy.

He wasted little time during the work, clearing and cleaning the working area and the route to it at the end of each session. But he wasn't good at everything – getting him to drink his coffee while it was hot became a challenge. It was a pleasure to have him complete this re-fit and we recommend him highly for his hard work, attention to detail and friendly manner.  Completion of work was during March 2018.

Mark is a person I have no hesitation to recommending to anyone. There is no point in trying any other plumber as far as I’m concerned - he’s your man.

He worked tirelessly on a plumbing problem that I really thought couldn’t be fixed and was worrying the life out of me - mysterious blocked pipe with no apparent cause. The first time he came he spend several hours negotiating my weird and wonderful old pipework to try and clear it, but to no avail, and at this point I really thought there would be no solution. 

Many plumbers, I’m sure, would have walked away from the job at that point, never to be heard from again, but not Mark. Having given the matter some thought he called me a couple of days later, told me he’d decided on another course of action and had already bought a special piece of equipment to carry out the new approach to the problem.  

Not only did he fix the blocked pipe, after several hours of difficult and dedicated work, but he also repaired my outside tap, replaced the WC connector - he had to remove the toilet and cistern to unblock the original problem pipe - and sorted out a few other odds and ends here and there as he went along.

Not only is he a brilliant plumber, he’s friendly with a reassuring manner and a can-do attitude. As an added bonus he took great care of my house, laying down freshly laundered dust sheets from my front door all the way up the stairs to the bathroom to protect my carpets, working neatly and tidying up as he went along.

Seldom in life can one a give a completely unreserved 100% recommendation - in Mark’s case it is completely deserved.

Called Mark out because our power shower had failed after 10yrs. The night before he came to look at the shower, our WC sprang a leak so I asked if he could look at it whilst here. Mark immediately effected a repair to the flush pipe and replaced a faulty flushing mechanism so it is now like new. The shower unit has also been replaced and is working fine. 
Mark was friendly, prompt and carried out the work to a good standard and in a very clean & tidy manner. Great service all round. Would highly recommend Weatheroak Plumbing (Mark) and he will be my first choice for future projects.

Came out immediately and provided a fantatsic service for a relatively but minor but important issue.  Excellent value for money, job was completed in a professional and timely manner. Highly recommended.
