Edit: months on changed my review as despite numerous contact attempts for follow up work that was quoted, haven’t heard a peep back. Disappointed as he did do a good job initially.

Andy has provided exceptional service. We have had 2 burst pipes and both times Andy has fixed them that day-the second time he came out within the hour. Very conscientious, pleasant and efficient. Many thanks.

If Carlsberg made plumbers...  This is my first time using Avery and here's why Avery is better than most plumbers: 1) I called and left a message and got a call back within 10 minutes. 2) Came round the next morning (it wasn't an emergency) and turned up on time.  3) Correctly diagnosed the problem (another plumber had  mis-diagnosed it a few months ago and I paid for the wrong fix.)  4) Andy bought the necessary part, installed it and solved the problem all within 2 hours of arriving.  5) The price was sensible.

Andy came out when another plumber didn't fix our broken heating situation properly, he came out promptly, assessed the problem, and helped!
 He wouldn't take any money for his time, and knowledge. 
We will be using him for future bathroom projects, looking after our boiler, a genuine nice guy!
