Ozzy was very polite and I can truthfully say that I think he did all he could to ensure that I secured the best deal for my car. It was disheartening to find out that the previous owner had lied to me when I purchased the car and had never disclosed that it had been a write off. This made my vehicle a Category D car... Ozzy was very understanding of my surprise and what the detrimental effects on the price would be. All in all, it was an effecient transaction and I am grateful for his empathy and professionalism.
