By far the worst service I have received in my history of owning a car. I purchased a car from this exact branch 8 years ago, and I couldn't have flawed the service I received, but things have clearly changed significantly over the last few years. I have had nothing but problems since purchasing my car in September of 2020 with extended warranty. It was identified in a service my car had a minor oil leak, I left my car with Ford for a week and when I went to collect it no work had been done. After extensive conversation I booked it back in, but before it could go in it broke down and would not start. The AA stated it now also had an electrical fault. A courtesy car was arranged by the AA on behalf of Ford for 2 days. Trust Ford management assured me that this would be extended it required, after me calling them on several occasions, the courtesy car was not extended and the management insisted they hadn't agreed to this. The courtesy car was collected and I was called by the manager of the Alperton branch who told me my car was ready to collect, and the issue with the alternator had been identified and fixed along with the oil leak. When I collected the car a customer service representative looked up details of the repair on the system and repeatedly stated only the oil leak had been fixed, and not the alternator that had caused the car to break down. I asked him to communicate with his manager as he had told me different just a short time earlier. Returning from communicating with his manager in the back office, he now stated both the oil leak and alternator were repaired but he could not provide me with any record of the alternator repair work because 'that wasn't how they work'. I paid £500+ for the repair work, but I really am none the wiser as to whether the issue with the electrical fault has been rectified. An all round terrible experience, with even senior managers lacking the ability to communicate and stick to their word. I also found they were very resistant to communicate via email as this would mean there is a record of communication and would have to stick to promises made. I will be attempting to sell my Ford car in the near future so I never have to deal with this company again. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.Service: Electrical repair
I popped in after work to ask for help changing the indicator bulb. Several people had previously tried to remove the case and failed. 2 members of staff helped me and were brilliant. Thanks to their persistence the case was removed and the bulb changed. They couldn’t have been nicer and they have me as a customer from now on
Warranty issue. They make all the right noises. Very polite in person. However a courtesy car was promised and they never delivered. Kept fobbing me off to the next person. Unacceptable. Had to spend lots of money on travel for a faulty car I haven’t even owned for 3 months.
We brought our vehicle for a fuel filter particular fault and was advised it was under warranty, due to the age of the vehicle. After 3 days we were told to come and collect the vehicle as it was ready. We sent our drivers to collect and on arrival was told that the vehicle was in fact not ready. We were then lied to constantly for almost another 3 weeks, waiting and being told that the vehicle had developed an electrical fault whilst with ford and they simply dont know why this has happened. We were told so many stories and now having collected the vehicle all being well we were never told what happened to our vehicle or how it was fixed. In total our vehicle was with "TRUST FORD" for almost a month and no apology or explanation was given, let alone any sort of compensation for the inconvenience and losses we incurred due to ford's lack of negligence.
The only Ford Service depot remaining in West London. Accessible from the Piccadilly tube line stopping at Alperton. The area around the depot is bleak -a dated industrial estate. Pavements are really dodgy with lots of uneven stretches and broken pavers. Tread carefully when visiting . There's a big Sainsbury's nearby.
This place is badly managed and always short staffed. All they do is call you to cancel your appointment last minute. I would steer clear from Trust Ford Alperton. There is no standards at this branch and no honesty they would lie left right and centre with implausible excuses every time. Avoid the sub-standards and go somewhere else. The bad reviews below speak for themselves.
As a driving instructor my vehicle is key for my work. Trustford Alperton managed to fit me to replace car battery the following day! With full efficiency!
Since the management has changed the staff and the manager have treated me like one of there own before it was like your being bullied and staff was terrible especially eric and the manager instead of solving the problem or helping they would pass you onto another staff and when you are discussing the problem they would interfere and then when questioned why are you interfering oh!we are trying to help so asked eric so who am I talking to you or the other person you passed me onto than they would start arguing pure intimidation nothing else but now the staff are lovely couldn't be happier
I had an MOT+Service done, I had asked them to the the video check and they claim that they did It also says on the invoice that it was done , but I've never received the link to that video, despite asking and reminding them 3 times within 2 weeks after my visit, each time they promised that someone would get back to me within a day or two, but they never did. After that I sent an email to the Ford customer service and they replied: "Hi , we have escalated to service management at the dealership and you should hear from them as soon as possible. " That was 2 months ago. No news since.
It all started OK, handed my keys in, they charge me £150 to test car, after 3 days they found out the problem, but now they say I have to wait up to 3 months for the part, I have 3 kids one of which is special needs, I am now having to spend money on hire cars to keep moving, I phoned up to ask where the part was, they was meant to get back to me, I heard nothing, the most annoying thing I noticed, when people write nagitve reviews, it looks like copy and pace reply, but when someone writes a good review, it looks like it's replied in a more genuine positive way! Odd! I went to a number of garages they said it was ford job, how does the company that make its own cars can't get it own parts in a reasonable time?
