This is a Good service. Using We Buy Any Car was a straightforward and easy way of selling the car. The staff have a highly professional and friendly approach to their role. While you might get a little more for your car selling privately, We Buy Any Car save you the trouble of advertising, people saying they're coming to view then not turning up, haggling, and all that hassle.
BE WARNED - Don’t touch with a barge pole! Offered £6999 for my car online then reduced this to just over £5000 based on a few chips! No consideration the vehicle was one owner, metallic paint, and many other extras. And also full dealer service history with only 33000 miles since new in 2013. Taking advantage of people who may need the money - we didn’t so walked away.
Mike at the Birkenhead branch was fantastic. Quick, thorough, efficient, and funny too. I've used the branch 3 times with Mike being the purchaser twice and he is a credit to the company.

Had a good experience today, got knocked down a bit but nothing major that I wasn't expecting. Dealt with Ollie, good lad and pleasant to chat to.
Took my Fiesta in to be valued few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Pretty much got the full online valuation and one of the reasons for deduction was down to having less that 6 months on the MOT. Big shout out to Mike, really nice guy and still gave a top friendly service even though it was absolutely lashing it down with rain. Poor guy got drenched but still took the time to deal with me. Finance was cleared and received my money on the time arranged. Would highly recommend. No fuss
Mike was very friendly, knowledgable and thorough with assessing my car. I did anticipate less than the online valuation, however, the final value offered was significantly lower. I took it to Arnold Clark and they offered £1500 more. Would advise going to Arnold Clark or another dealership.
Very easy process. I had a call a couple of days before my appointment to tell me what to bring in which was helpful as there were things I wasn't aware of. The chap at the local office was really helpful and friendly and I was only there for around 20 minutes and all done. Would recommend use again.
Broughta car here, it had been raining he was smearing his hands all over the car it was absolutely embarrassing. Then he would point at sports of dirt and say they were chips. Then he said he tries to see how much they can make ontop of a car, soooo unprofessional and cringe. Sold a car here a few years ago and that staff member was great. This one recently defo needs training up
