Fantastic service from start to finish. Went in to Group 1 with an idea of what I was looking for, Julia showed me what they had on hand then searched database for my preferences to see what other cars were available nationally . Arranged to have a test drive a couple of days later and absolutely loved the drive. Julia told me the car I had tested was for sale so my mind was made up there and then. The handover of my car today went very well with Julia explaining all I needed to know in the cockpit. I am extremely happy with my new car and the exemplary service from Julia. I would definitely recommend going to this showroom when you need to change your car
I went into Volkswagen wanting to get a new car after having my little Peugeot for a while. Staff were so so helpful especially Julia. She helped me look through all different options and she was so kind and friendly. She found me my dream car in a matter of minutes and helped me with all that I needed to do to get it, I now have my dream GTI and a very happy 8 year old! I would highly recommend Volkswagen Wirral as all the staff go the extra mile for their customers. Thankyou all so much
Went in for an oil change waited for this to be done. Such an upbeat group of people working here - and my oil change was done in record time. Very impressed with the team atmosphere and speed. Will be using again and potentially to purchase a new vehicle from here too.
Absolutely brilliant service from Chris. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Happy and cheerful to speak to and interact with and genuinely interested in having a conversation about the car we bought as opposed to just ticking boxes. Theo was great too when we interacted in person. Email contact and being kept up to date was spot on from Chris, really on the ball. Cant praise these boys enough two big thumbs up from us!
After searching for a new VW Tiguan for a month or do we decided to pop in to Inchcape Wirral and we were introduced to Graham who gave us information on a few models. A week later we purchased our car. Due to travelling constraints we picked our vehicle up on a Friday evening. We were shown the car which consisted of a quick walk around in dusky, wet conditions then drove home. Within 24 hrs of owning the car, issues appeared with the bodywork, windscreen and interior parts which I did report and did eventually get attended to of a fashion, after waiting for a good few weeks. We also had to valet the car ourselves as the previous owners must have had young children as there were crumbs and stains in the back seats. However after 3 months rust has appeared and when questioned I was told " this happens when you slam the boot door" no further support has been offered. So after using my savings to buy I'm now left with a further bill to repair the rust. I would not recommend this garage which is a shame as Graham the sales person was not the pushy type the main reason we bought the vehicle however the aftercare has been shambolic. Had things been different if we'd used finance and not our savings? Most definitely **Update- I was asked to contact Inchcape on a link shown to give my mobile details, which I did and after 11 days I'm still waiting for a call to discuss. Inchcape this isn't good enough. ***Still no contact made, I really can not believe the lack of respect shown. Perhaps my next stop should be trading standards
Recently had my car door sprayed at VW Inchcape Chester. They did an amazing job and even valeted the inside! I left the garage with a car that looked like new fully polished and gleaming. You would never know there had been damage to the body. I would highly recommend your body shop. Thank you so much.
I recently purchased a Used Volkswagen from VW Wirral. All my dealings were with Julia and I cannot commend her highly enough. She took me through the process and was extremely patient with me. I had to reschedule a few appointments due to work commitments but nothing was ever too much bother for her. She always did what she said she was going to do and I found my dealings with her quite exceptional. I would certainly recommend Inchcape to anyone looking to buy a VW. With the warranty provided they really do appear to care for and value their customers. There were a few marks on the car and she immediately told me to book it in so they could be rectified. I’d definitely use them again in future. Julia is a true asset to the team there and I hope the management team there see that. Thank you VW Wirral.
Service was okay. Polite and friendly receptionist. Although I did ask for a valuation of my car when I checked in online; it was with them for over 8 hours and I received nothing. Bit disappointing as the dealership is a bit out of my way already and I am actually looking to sell.
I recently bought a used Golf R-line from Volkswagen Wirral and just wanted to thank everyone there for not only providing a fantastic car, but also for the excellent customer service we got throughout. Big thanks goes to Tyler who was great from start to finish and made sure we got everything we needed. Despite it being a used car, it was prepped to such a high standard that it literally feels like new. The handover process was really smooth and everything was explained to me in just the right level of detail. I'd highly recommend VW Wirral to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future.
Amazing experience from start to finish - if you are looking for a vehicle, come to Wirral VW. Staff are amazing, especially Graham, Gari and Tyler! Helpful with any queries, responses are quick and will always do follow up appointments to ensure the car is right for you. No sales person that I encountered was pushy - Graham ensured that the car was suited to me before putting any deposit down. He would make sure I was happy before any money was taken from me.
