Picked up my new car last week from your Birkenhead branch.  Neil Lloyd and Mal Riley were excellent - nothing is ever too much trouble and always feel like a valued customer.  Had a phone call to check all is ok - it’s the attention to detail and excellent customer service which has kept me buying my cars from M53 Ford for the past 30 years! UNBELIEVABLE customer service from Alison and the team at M53 Ford in Birkenhead.  I had some issues with the DPF on my Ford Transit which other garages couldn't properly diagnose.  The problem was quickly found and I was informed of what steps needed to be taken to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.  The van is running like new now and I'm so grateful for the team for all the help and professionalism.  Would HIGHLY recommend.

Had the vehicle serviced at M53 Ford. Staff was helpful but as always charges of dealer services are quite exuberant. Overall experience was good.

I’m really shocked by the positive ratings because I have had nothing but poor service from the beginning. Bought a car with a plethora of issues which needed to be fixed under warranty. They had the car for a ridiculous amount of time with 0 updates. Had to constantly call for an update, and when I did I got told I’d get a call back in a day or two - did the calls get returned? No. Not once. And I had to chase again. And again. I felt sorry for the lady having to deal with us. It was obvious that the car wasn’t being dealt with in the time frame originally quoted , I think she ran out of excuses in the end, hence the lack of response to phone calls. I won’t purchase from them again.

Very pleased with the whole buying experience from Ford, Pete was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to others.

We came to ford to look around for a car, with nothing in mind, however Steve approached us and was absolutely fantastic!! What a genuine and nice man! He gave us a fantastic deal we couldn't turn down and was very open and honest about everything which I like!! We chose the ford puma and it's a fantastic car! Steve kept in touch and let us updated through the course of the week! He's not just a sakes person but an all round nice guy!  Thanks a lot Steve your a star!!

I highly recommend M53 for your van needs, I bought a new transit custom and I travelled over 300 miles to this dealership because they were offering the best deal and when I contacted them initially I found them extremely professional. 5 stars.

I have a service plan with Ford and use M53 Ford Birkenhead, I've had excellent service from them when needed, really nice knowledgeable staff that always make the experience that much better, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
