Don’t be fooled by the online valuation . You can put in everything wrong with the car right down to the last scratch and when you get there they will low ball you big time . Offered me a ridiculous price for my car . The appraisal guy said that half the information I had put in online wasn’t on his note pad . Will not be recommending and will not be returning . Con artists .

I had a 15 month old Audi Q5 Hybrid that i wanted to part exchange for a new Volvo, the dealer offer on Part exchange was £4k lower than what WBAC offered £38.5k so i thought i'd give them a go, i went to the appointment with the expectation that i'd be driving my car home without a deal after reading reviews and expecting to be knocked down on the price. At the meeting i highlighted 2 small scratches and they picked up 1 further one and deducted £300 for the remedial works on these which i thought was very fair. The inspection and sale process was very swift and i couldn't fault the service, would definitely recommend for newer cars as a part exchange alternative.

Webuyanycar employee Serbian was very friendly and helpful. Only issues I have is the time it takes to get your appointment completed due to having to wait for someone to answer a phone to enable a code, 20 min appointment ends up 40 mins. Other than that would definitely use again

Sold my car within an hour if not 30 min. Money in the account as promised in four days time. Extremely friendly service and so efficient. Highly recommend, nothing to fault on.

They asked for my Zafira 2010 £50

I Went to sell my Mercedes and had an appointment at 1:40 . Arrived 5 mins late and the would not see me . Also the staff were very rude as they treated me as an inferior inconvenience to their day. As a customer I am absolutely appalled to these kind of services

they give you an online quote and then start to try and find tiny marks that would only cost about £50 to touch up to systematically start knocking hundreds of pounds off. the car i took was worth more as a trade in than they could offer. Evans halshaw far from perfect by the way beat them by £300 in my case.

Website quoted £320. Offered £50. Tried to tell me the car was worth £30 scrap.... Or actually scrapped at £140....Sold the car privately that PM for £250.  Avoid them. They were actually quite rude and cocky in the end. A complete waste of my time.
