The car buyer was very friendly and helpful. Happy with the whole process. Got offered a decent price for my car. Significantly lower than the quote price, but was expecting it due to rust round the wheel arches. Overall easy, quick and convenient process of selling your car. Money goes in to your account on the same day if you request fast payment at an additional charge
Awful experience! Tried to question Audi’s service records although it was in front of him in black & white and attainable on database - because he wasn’t satisfied with the service history he dropped the car value by £700 and this was before he had the chance to try and knock more money off while checking the car over. The car is only 2.5 years old and had the audi service plan from new and like all my cars, immaculate. When I told him I wouldn’t let the car go for less than his original quote he got very aggressive and raised his voice at me, to which I told him not to speak to me like this as a business owner myself I have no idea how he operates talking to potential customers like that. Awful experience and your Airdrie branch does not paint a very good picture of this company. I’m fortunate enough that I own 5 cars and was only selling to free up driveway space but I won’t be ripped off so the car came back home with me. I feel sorry for any vulnerable people that have fell on hard times that feel they have no option but to sell a car to this man. Avoid!
The guy onsite was quick and efficient. Unfortunately he also delivered final valuation significantly lower than my online quote. Kept the car and got more for a trade in at the garage than even the online quote from WBAC. They saved me neither time nor money - don't trust Phil and his puppies.
This is surprising that it's legal what they do... offensive customer approach, offering about 60% of real car value and arrogant when rejecting the "offer"... I'd recommend not having anything in common with this "dealer"... thank God I was able to sell my car for a fair price to someone else.
They offered a derogatory cash payment then told us about the £50 admin fee . I told him I would let the car go for the original amount ie no admin fee . Rep went to see manager came back and said it was now £50 less than the original offer and £ 50 admin fee . Of course manager was hiding away in office and evidently had no customer skills...
Very pleased with service. Quick service and good offer. Lovely girl dealt with me overall a pleasant experience.
Total waste of time sell your car privately unless you want to be ripped off with a low ball offer absolutely gobsmacked with the offer I got for my car today can't believe these con artists are getting away with this
A lot less than private sale but no hassle of people at your door.. about a £1000 less after they knock down the online quote for things wrong with car.. they want perfection.
Good service, very friendly staff, and I also got a good price for the van , would recommend as its much less hassle than selling privately
Got a fair price for my car, the guy was polite and professional to deal with.
