We have had a fantastic service from Douglas from the first time we attended the showroom to view and discuss our new vehicle to picking it up today. His knowledge and advice were excellent about the range of cars available. Douglas has kept us informed throughout this time about the manufacture and delivery of the car. As a customer I really value a staff member keeping me updated and informed. Having dealt with Renault franchises since 1985 this has been our best experience to date and we decided that a 60 mile round trip on this occasion and in the future for servicing is fine for us as we have felt valued as customers. We look forward to returning over the years to be assisted by Douglas and Parks Renault at Coatbridge.
Had a great experience from start to finish buying a car at Parks Renault Coatbridge. Originally looked at ordering a new Dacia but due to long lead time on all new cars decided to go for a used car. Douglas listened to what I was looking for -a car that was only a couple years old, low mileage, good condition SUV type and was able to find just what I was looking for. Very professional and friendly service and would highly recommend.
I've bought cars from Steven & Parks for the last six years and can't recommend them highly enough. Once again a really straight forward, efficient buying experience without the fluff you get at other major car dealerships. Just picked up my new car today and couldn't be happier with it. Douglas was very friendly and such a great help with everything from start to finish. This was our first time purchasing a car from Parks Coatbridge but won’t be our last. Steven was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and put us at ease. Steven is very honest , reliable and trustworthy . Steven also keeps you updated on car purchase and communicates well throughout the process .
