Loved it! The layout's unusual and we shared a bathroom with a few others but it worked very well indeed. I liked the way several houses are being used, each with its own front door. Wayne's an old soul, instantly likeable and relaxed.
Me and my friend came to stay at waynes place while my husband was in hospital having a operation, Wayne has been amazing and very accommodating to our requirements, room very clean and everything we needed, bathroom clean and tidy, definitely coming back and definitely would recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Well priced, good quality, clean and honest accommodation. Some rooms have shared bathrooms but don't let that put you off if you're on a budget, I didn't see anyone else during my stay s. Great for a short break, try it - you won't be disappointed

Amazing place in Brighton. The location it's perfect, only 3 minutes from the beach. Clean, staff it's really friendly, Wayne and Jimmy makes me feel really comfortable. Was the chepeast room in Brighton and everything was much better than I was expecting. I indicate Mr Little Pig to breakfast, only 3 min walking from the hotel.

100 percent one of the worst experiences i have had in a over priced hotel so far, i felt like me and my son were being constantly watched and harassed for conversation by an old man sitting on a chair near the room window. the old man turned out to be the owner who i assume was called wayne. He was extremely rude and sexually presumptious and made my son feel extremely awkward
Wonderful place! Friendly and helpful owners! Would definitely come back!!
First of many perfectly located kind of apartment set up. Owner very friendly ask to see his birds
