Nov 29.2022 - Incredible service and now my go to place! Extremely professional, friendly, attentive and service is quick. Easy to book appointments with and have always been on time. On my first visit they educated me on sugaring vs waxing and after care to ensure best results. I like how they ask for you to inspect the area after service to ensure nothing was missed however, they are very thorough. Will be my regular spot!
Aloma is absolutely amazing!! She is very sweet, kind and patient. Her establishment is always clean and sanitized properly. I admire the fact that she leaves gap between her clients so you are never waiting passed your appointment time. She is very knowledgeable about what she does and gives proper aftercare instructions. I will forever be a loyal customer at Waxpert!!
Aloma is an absolute gem! I rave about her to anyone interested in waxing or sugaring. She has a heart of gold and makes you feel so comfortable and welcomed. Services are affordable and I’ve been sugar’d at a few different places and no one ever compares to how great Aloma is. There’s not enough stars to give her!
I've been seeing Aloma for sugaring since 2019, and I can safely say that she is the BEST!! Her space is always exceptionally clean + well-sanitized. Ever since my first appointment, she has treated me with such kindness and respect, it's clear that my comfort is her priority. She always strives for perfection with each appointment, her attention to detail always leaves me 110% satisfied!! Her provided aftercare + aftercare advice also proves just how knowledgeable she is in her field -- I cannot thank her enough!! I've tried sugaring with two other sugarists in the past while out of town, and I always find myself missing Aloma's wonderful personality and absolutely exceptional service. After a particularly iffy sugaring experience I had while out of town, Aloma helped me + my skin heal/get back on track with a single appointment. She definitely has a magic touch!! If this is your first time waxing/sugaring, Aloma is the first person I will ALWAYS recommend!!!
