Trying to arrange a hair appointment for complicated hair from the other side of the world for an after hours time is a big ask of any business. But of all the hair salons in Newmarket, Pride was the only hair salon that was willing to help out when for all the others it was "all too hard". Not only did they help make it all happen, but did so with grace and wonderful service. The products used, the techniques and creativity for the up-style and the results were fantastic. I received countless compliments about my hair at the wedding. Julia, Sue and the team did all this in the middle of running what is clearly a busy, friendly and customer-focused salon. Thanks guys.

Very accommodating of my last-minute appointment requirements, welcoming and friendly, and Claire did a fantastic job with my hair-cut. All in all, a wonderful service :)
