It's a wonderful environment and the people who work there do a great job. My bangs are a little different than I wanted them but I think it was a miscommunication. They do an awesome job. I'll definitely go back for my next haircut

New to the area & searched for a hairdresser to compare prices. Not all had  websites but as Venus did I was able to compare and able to read some reviews.  Seemed competitively priced so I popped in to book and was able to get the day & time I wanted ( I did wonder if this was a good sign as normally good hairdressers are booked at such sort notice however)  I arrived was greeted warmly and promptly and Charmaine my hairdressers was professional, friendly & made a great job of the colour.  My only disappointment was the coffee - it was horrible.  I was asked upon arrival if I would like a drink & I opted for a black coffee, which I did not finish and did not accept a 2nd.    Most salons now do offer filter coffee at the least and it is a small outlay with such a big impact for clients, especially when you are spending 3 hours having your hair done.
