Took my van there and explained I wanted just out side of van and inside floor done, £20 no problem, decent job. 4 weeks later took it back again and they wanted £30 to do just the outside. When I said I’d paid less for more before the short grey haired man said he didn’t care. Short man syndrome for sure. My girlfriend also took her car there and they wanted £30 for a Corsa. Joke. Avoid the poison dwarf show.
Not done to my satisfaction. I paid for a gold service but got what i would expect for a bronze. Lots of marks and areas not cleaned. I had to point these out to car wash team. I was supposed to get wax and air freshener. I had to remind them about air freshener and they told me that the wax was in the water. Not impressed, I felt that the boss was even rude to me with sarcastic comments when i pointed out the poor quality of his teams work. I won't be going back.
Non-transparent pricing; when I dropped my car off Citroen C4 Picasso I was told by the manager it was an "extra large car", despite of it being dwarfed by the absolutely MASSIVE 4x4 that was being cleaned at that moment. Whatever they used to clean the windscreen and rear window has left a film, which makes it hard to see through them now at night time, especially when it's raining. They also didn't clean the boot at all. To top things off, I got charged a higher price than originally agreed because "the car had been particularly dirty". Needles to say that I won't be coming back.
I’ve used a few different hand car washes and in fortunately this is not only the worst but also by the most over priced! If I could post pictures on this review I would! £22 for inside and out compared to the usual £15 at other local car washes. I’ve been home for half an hour and spent it finishing the job I’ve just paid someone else £22 to do! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Thought I would try this one as had a £10 voucher. Wish I hadn't as is the worse wash valet I have ever experienced. It would have been £40 had to get them to hoover again. They have also scratched it.do yourself a favour stay away from them.
The guys here are nice and do a good job but they are always late. I always end up with a trolley of shopping waiting at least 15mins for them to finish up - I don’t mind too much but I’d rather they were honest about how long it would take in the first place.
Looks like they done OK job as this is my first time getting my car washed. I did not get bill nor card was accepted so didn't get clubcard points. I should have complained but didn't.
