IMO Car Wash

Very reasonable priced car wash. The wait in line wasn't too long and the service is pretty slick. Good job done on the car, would recommend

Standard roll-through car wash, car was decently clean, I took the top teer 'HD Crystal whatever' wash for £13, and the wax does remain for a while on the car for protection, seems to be holding up. Don't expect a miracle though, and follow instructions on the signs before going in.

£13 worth of water spots and assorted goo that I now have to polish off by hand. It also failed to clean the side windows properly despite that fact that it's an enormous flat surface with nothing to impede the rollers.

Just paid £18.50 for a inside Valet, and they didnt even clean the back seats, mud all over the seats and stain still on the mat. Have these guys recieved training in regards to how to properly Valet a car? Isnt the point of running a car washing company that you actually clean the cars you have been paid to clean? It's a car wash! The guys working there are a bit unfriendly and tend to hit your car with the broom when giving it a quick once over before you enter the car wash. You could go to another local "hand' car wash and get a better service in my opinion.

First visit since it changed to an IMO and its much more expensive for an unattended valet. Its the same valet type as before but I had to pay for the regular car wash charge as well, £15 for the middle level valet plus £3.50 for the car wash drive through. A member of staff did look inside to inspect the driver seat foot well and tell me that it was too dirty for a £15 valet, which was the same as that person did before. I had been down the week before but their car wash machine was out of order, and the facility closed. They are a very friendly team but unfortunately the wash for me isn't worth the £18.50 that I paid for it. I'd rather have the lower rate and the old branding. My car smells nice and is definitely cleaner but not any different from the £15 clean under the previous blue branding. When I commented on the increase an explanation was offered, the extra £3.50 is to cover the upgrade to green branding. I expect the machinery is new too but the wash isn't any better. If anything the black exterior plastic bits are a tad more smeary. There is also a new scratch on the driver door and bright white chip on the driver side front panel. They may have been there before, but I only noticed them directly after the wash. Perhaps the clean has revealed them.
