Zero value work! I got the car back with a dirty interior, they didn't even touch the trunk! I specifically asked them to do it nicely, because the car is going to be sold! They failed! I was their only customer, they had no other customers! It's a shame they have to get up for this dirty work! Stay at home!Service: Auto detailing
Awful, £35 charged for 10 min "wash and clean inside" boot not touched, back seats not hoovered. Still dirty and dust. Waste money. Extremely disappointed.

I have always had excellent results, but, the last two times I’ve been really disappointed, mud still on the internal plastic of the door and central box thingy! That was with the Gold.... UPDATE July 2021 I had the car cleaned there again. They really did do an amazing job! Must have an inspiring leader that lifted their spirits. Thank you
It says closing 5pm there is 30 minutes still for the closing time. They can’t clean inside my car. Only outside. Just change the closing time to 4:45pm.
The car was cleaned to a good standard but when In got back into my car all the mirrors were out of alignment, which I could understand if they were out a little but it was like they went out of their way to move them out of alignment. Stuff moved out of door pockets and rather than replacing it it was just left in a pile on the Seat. I would expect better service for £30
Always had excellent service, job well done. Very disappointed today though, I arrived at the car wash at 8.20am. Wanted to get my car valeted and do my shopping with the hope of making a quick escape before the crowds descended. No reason given the sign just said sorry they were closed.
I have no idea how they're still running. Dropped my missus's car off and told them i'd be around an hour, all well and good. Returned an hour later, to NOTHING been done. All they had done was moved the car, bodywork was still covered in mud and dirt, and the inside was still dirty and absolutely nothing had been done. We couldn't believe they just panned the job off and not mention anything to us. We came back the following day and told the guy at the kiosk what had happened the day prior. He said ''okay, leave it with us''. So we did, and the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. Absolutely nothing cleaned and they didn't even care. I will never be using this awful service again. Stay far away.
I request for Gold service £30 and I was surprised with very poor quality. when I pick up the car I must to highlight to staff a lot of places required cleaning yet. Was admitted and re-cleaned after after this details missed details again. Also surprisely I noticed and reported a S hairline scratch. Staff attempted remove with wax which removed partially and remain part of the scratch.
