After few days of frost in January car wash was closed. When it opened lots of cars arrived, I waited for more than an hour in a queue, the robot kept breaking all the time and Sainsbury’s lady from the kiosk constantly went out to fix it. Eventually she gave us tickets for free car wash because of very long wait. Quality of wash is always good, price is ok, place is convenient. Can pay by card, contactless, or by a ticket from the kiosk. Fairly easy to use.
I have used the car wash before without a problem. But never again. I paid got started with code etc, and all it did was wet the car and then it did nothing for 10 mins. I drove out to explain to the kiosk. The woman behind the desk was very rude and told me it was.my fault for not following instructions properly. She didn't fix it, i had to retry it and yes the car wash did slightly clean my car but didn't finish it. My car was half washed and the stupid thing couldnt work out if i was in the correct positioning. I wasn't going to waste my time trying to re explain that it wasnt working correctly the second time. In summary go to another car wash that will do the job and you are treated by friendlier staff. Very unhappy customer
Three pounds for a wash and no dry but it didn't rip any parts off and the car was quite clean. Overall I am happy with the value and I didn't have to go near a bucket.
Had the £3 basic .no dry, but it came out spotless.!!
Good value. Prices between £3 and £6.50. Can get busy at the weekend.
Was not busy drove straight in. Only complaint did not remove all the marks bird dropping.
Neat and clean place. Mechanical wash only. Usually vacant whenever you arrive.
Reasonably priced but not a very good wash
Needed a quick and inexpensive car wash while traveling through Southampton.
