Appalling. They had no cars to clean so we drove in, was told it would be £80 minimum to clean the car. £80 doesn’t exist on their price list, had previously paid £30. Staff really rude and clearly didn’t want the work. AVOID!!
Come here if you're looking for abusive customer service, cleaning a toddler could do better and damage of personal property. Left my car for 1 hour whilst the interior was being cleaned. Came back to a subpar clean and my aux cable broken. I went to politely discuss this with the guy I had paid and he must have been having a particularly bad day because he immediate response was to yell at me that it "wasn't his fault" and told me "never to come here again". Which caused a bit of an unnecessary scene in the car park. I asked him to lower his voice, told him that I understood that it may have been an accident but it's will still need replacing and if he could kindly give me my money back. And after 10 minutes of negotiation, he did but I will certainly NEVER use this car wash again.
Really excellent service -- these guys work so hard and the results are great.
Did a very good job of sorting the car out, and took care of my vehicle. Just beware that anything over a Fiesta/Polo is classed as a Tank and will be charged accordingly! Big money.
Extremely poor service! Was told one price to return to the car to a completely different price. I found they were also rude and not interested in my concerns over the poor service. My car was still dirty inside not what I would expect for the money paid. My advice would be to find somewhere else not here if you want your car cleaned to a good standard!!! STAY CLEAR!!!
Such a great car wash. The man was really polite and my car is so clean inside and out. A really great job. Will go again for sure! Great value for money as would have taken me hours to get my car that clean.
Used these guys every month. Always friendly and professional. Car is super clear without fail. I have a medium car and take the 2nd option on th the cleaning list. They are always busy specially in summer, if your shopping it’s ideal if you want it quickly you might be out of luck. Highly recommended.
