Paid for a Gold Car Wash, but the car did not appear to be waxed, the tyres were not dressed, and the boot was not even touched. Felt well ripped-off. Not going back.

Visited a few times now. Excellent service takes about 25/30 minutes for an excellent job. So impressed making it a monthly event for my T4 VW. The plus great value for money too. Very impressed. Bonus right next door tyre place. Thank you guys.
Online prices are out of date. Pulled up into a space. And watched 3 other cars. Turn up after me. And get completed before they even started mine. ! Wasn't busy. But still took over an hour for a basic wash.
Rory you need to recruit. What’s going on? Used to be excellent but now there’s just three guys cleaning. One driver has given up and started cleaning and finishing the car himself. Rubbish avoid!!!
A thoroughly professional clean, especially needed to remove salt after the recent snow. Staff very polite.
Used to be good but now always under staffed which means job is rushed and not done properly. My last visit, I asked what price for cleaning outside only was as I normally have inside and outside done.The guy said £7taxi rates.Once car was cleaned and I paid the £7,the boss approached me and said the price has gone up to £10.I pointed out that I when I asked the worker he said £7.He still insisted on the £10.If his worker said £7,he should have honored it!I found it dishonest! Also,I know inflation is high at the moment but how can a car wash go up by so much in one go??This is now the most expensive car wash in Brighton.
Nice people but was told it would take 25mins and took 40!!! I explained I was in a rush before hand and was reassured it would only take 25 minutes…Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Aside from being more expensive than other car washes they also do not do a proper cleaning job. Even the basic vacuum job was not done with bits easily picked up being just left there. Dashboard was not wiped properly and there was still dust and a sticky section just left there. Wax was also not properly wiped off and I found white streaks left on the side of the car. In addition they do not accept card payments and want to be paid in cash.
This was my second visit here today. A couple of weeks ago I took my van over to them and they did a great job so today I took my lovely 16yr old Passat all the way from Shoreham and once again they did a fantastic job. I went for the mini valet and the car was worked on by four chaps very professionally and quickly. My car was particularly mucky on the inside but it didn't phase them, they said my car looked good and they were all friendly. While I waited I had a burger and a tea from the van right next to them. Prices very reasonable and they had a continuous line of cars particularly taxis so they're obviously very good at what they do. Highly recommended. Tim
