Horrible service, they seem to shut any time between 1pm - 4pm depending on how they feel. I went at 2pm, they told me they weren't taking any more cars and to come back the next day at 3pm - I went the next day at 3pm and they said they were closing with no reason. When I explained the situation they were so rude, completely unhelpful and offered no solution. All I wanted was a basic car wash. I have since gone to Wizard car wash who are so much better and have customer service skills.
It’s the first time I’ve used this service normally I use Wizard in Kemptown who are fantastic by the way and I’ll be going back there instead as I was in Asda shopping and it was convenient. Upon arrival one of the workers was very miserable muttering under his breath and when a queue started to form behind me I was out of the car by this point he was insulting the waiting customers who were in their cars who were queuing behind a parked car - but didn’t realise no one was in it! Easy mistake to make if you ask me and no need for the insults. I asked for a 3 star and even though the outside was great and the vacuuming inside was good. They failed to clean my windows and I only realised when I was almost home and put my lights on as it was getting dark. I give this service a 2 star for the outside and inside clean but no more because they failed to do their job correctly and one staff member was extremely rude! Shorter guy with dark brown hair. The other 2 workers were nice however but I’d prefer for the money I pay to get a nicer experience. I won’t be going back and instead using my trusted Wizard car wash which isn’t far from here at all
BE WARNED NOT TO LEAVE YOUR CAR IF WAIT TIMES LONG AS YOU WILL RECEIVE A PARKING FINE AND PARKING EYE WILL NOT BACK DOWN BECAUSE YOU’RE USING THE CAR WASH. The same rule of 2.5 hours applies wether you are using the car wash or the Asda car park. This has been confirmed by legals prior to threats to take me to court. I have been told that the area used by this company is owned by Asda so the same rule applies. It’s taken me 9 months to get to the bottom of this as didn’t receive this warning from the car wash company when they said the wait time was over an hour and a half. I just presumed I could leave my car and return later which was just over 2.5 hours. It is a brilliant car wash but wait times always long so you risk a ticket. I honestly don’t blame the car wash people for not warning me as it seems they didn’t realise this was the case either. Maybe they will read this and warn their customers to go away and return later. However I think it would be best if they discussed this problem with the parking company as it could affect business. I have now found another car wash which I’m happy with. Used to be outstanding when the Hungarians were there, now disappointing. Car has recently been ceramic glazed, now is smeared, and paintwork not clean in places. Small insect marks not removed, but easily removed by me with spit afterwards in car park. Interior work OK as far as I can tell.Service: Auto interior vacuuming
Very disappointing. Paid for a 5 star clean and interior vacuum - £45. On completion, at a very quick glance, there was still black dirt on the hub caps and visible crumbs on the carpet in the rear compartment. Would definitely not recommend unless you just want the very quick budget wash to get rid of basic road dirt.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
Brilliant service, very friendly staff, great to see a company take care in their work, Garth and Josh were excellent! Car came back spotless and looking brand new no streaks, wheels definitely had a deep clean along with the interior very well done! Thanks guys will be a regular going forward .Services: Vacuuming
The description of the car wash and clean on the sign does not match the reality of their poor service make sure you check what you’ve paid for is actually what you get. I won’t be coming back.
Pretty awful. Paid for the 5 star wash, seats were still dirty and marked, door runners had not been cleanedas per photo. Car had clearly not been finished. Would not use again. Plenty of marks on outside of car. Edited to add that the owner has been in contact to say that my door runners aren't dirty but scuffed. The marks are most assuredly dirt. Either way, I'll be steering clear of this place in future.
