Dropped off our BMW for an inside valet and outside wash. Charged £35 and when we picked up the car it was still quite dirty inside. Seats not properly hoovered and streaks on the inside windows. Also, dirt mark on the inside trim. For the price we paid it should be pristine! We won't return. Many other really decent places available.
Decent products, no training how to use them. I asked 2 operatives twice if they could wash my roof of my 5 series as I could clearly see through the sunroof no product was applied and was covered in birds mess. They didn't have a clue what I was saying and only on wipe down did the birds mess get a quick wipe with a cloth. No wax was applied to the front of the vehicle, and it wasn't sprayed off enough as I now have streaky patches all over the car. Shame because snow foam, tfr etc was all used and the products seemed decent just no experience or care in my opinion.
They have different packages. I went a couple of times for my car wash. Good service. The waiting time will be one hour by the time we can have a good handful shopping in Tesco extra and M&S
Please don’t use if they are remotely busy. They quoted me £65 for a Platinum service, telling me it would be 1 hour 15 mins. I went shopping for 2 hours. When I came back, the car had only been rinsed down. The guy told me he was doing my car next. I said that I needed to go and that I wanted my car keys back. He refused to give them back because he said it would only take him 5 minutes. I said that I didn’t want him to do a £65 service in 5 minutes, I told him to not do anything more, give me the keys and allow me to leave. Again, he refused to give me my car keys. I then spoke to a customer and told them that they had had my car for 2 hours and it still wasn’t done. The guy then told me that if I spoke to another customer again, he’d charge me £100 on top of the service because I’m not allowed to talk to customers. At this point, I started to feel genuinely concerned that I was going to be taken advantage of. I told the guy to stop work, give me the keys and let me leave. If he refused, I told him I’d ring the police. He refused so I rang the police. The police informed me that he couldn’t charge me £100 for talking to a customer. The police asked to talk to the guy. He refused. The police told me to instruct him that he must speak to them. He still refused. The police asked to be put on loud speaker. They instructed him that he must hand me my car keys, warning him that if he didn’t, officers would be sent over. He argued back to the point where the police became quite forceful in ordering him to give me my keys back. The guy then accepted and tried to charge me £25. The police intervened again saying that I shouldn’t pay anything as the job was not done and not done in the agreed timeframe. Eventually, the man handed me my keys back and I paid £15 because the outside had been rinsed and the inside vacuumed badly, it turns out. The guy kept saying it was because he’s busy and because a staff member had gone home. I explained that, as a customer, this wasn’t my problem and that they should not accept jobs if they can’t get them done. He told me that the problem with people is that they are quick to complain or ring the police which makes me believe that I’m not the first person who has had to speak to the emergency services about them. A really unnerving, troubling experience which I think other people should be aware of.
Excellent service from Tony and his team when I came to wash my car last week. They have also vacuumed inside and I drove off with what a perfect clean car should look like.
I use this wash upto 4 times a week for my V Class and also occasionally for my own cars, they can be inconsistent depending on which operative you get and a regular grumble I have is that they use dirty cloths to dry the windows which becomes evident when you drive away in the sunshine. I went today and they were very busy and seemed to have brought in a young boy and his mother to help - it felt chaotic with 4 different people doing bits on my car and running about from car to car - when I paid I asked for Tyre Shine and was told there is none!! This is important to me so was annoyed. I am loyal to them and expect some service in return, when you are busy you shouldn’t cut corners or you will get no return custom. My wheels were also badly done today so not happy at all.
Its rare I go to a car wash and get the car returned dirtier than before but that was my experience here. Car not dried properly, dirty towels used to clean windows, inside smelling, certainly won't be returning
Called in the off chance to get a quick wash, straight in and out, no messing

Not been here for quite a few years, but called yesterday to get inside and out of car cleaned. A couple of months ago I let another local wash clean it and they didn’t do a good job of the inside, but these people did a brilliant job. For £25 it’s worth every penny. Cheers Quinny
