This is my go-to hand car wash. Usually get a mini valet here for£12 and it's worth the price as the do a thorough job with good attention to detail. Plenty of staff working here so doesn't take too long to get the mini valet. Unfortunately you can't pay by card it's cash only otherwise they would have got 5 stars.
My partner took my car for a valet before selling it. Very poor service. Floors were left still dusty. Oil or polish smeared all over the interior/steering wheel and pedals making driving dangerous. Would not recommend at all.
They use to be very good While ago, now they are always in rush. The car wash area is very small so it's Always busy to make more space for new cars they just try to wash them as quickly as possible. Exterior wash 3/5 Interior 2/5.

I hope this feedback helps improve your service. My recent visit to White Diamond Car Wash was marred by overcharging and disappointing service. Despite paying a premium, my car was left dirty and the staff were unhelpful. Avoid this place and find a car wash that values both your money and satisfaction.

Rushed too much. Didn't clean the boot. And was annoyed when I asked to clean the boot. Not sparkly clean just average.
Scratched my multimedia screen when told they denied and try to fight with mee and call police on mee will go to solicitors to get this sorted if anyone else has this kind of trouble with then plzz contact with mee
