I have been loyal customer for years. It was expensive but convenient place to wash your car. Car wash quality  were just about ok accounting i was paying £60 per wash. But with time attention to detail suffered and i started  to receive extra on top charges what was already included in packet what i usually use. Like  hoovering carpet   because  i dont use mats in drivers seat. And they stated that my car interior is extra dirty all around. Ironically no one has used  other seat except  drivers  side from last valeting by them.  For me personally this was last drop. And i can't recommend this place any more. I attached pictures of car condition what was argument  about.  Remind you  £60 per cleaning,  they wanted  extra for hoovering the car and seat cleaning  not included in price. What is another  £10  per seat.

I have used this service many times before but upon using recently the workers have changed and were trying to force me into paying extra from an internal clean. I requested gold standard and I knew the inside of car was not that bad but the chap insisted I would need to pay more that just gold price. When I continued to state that I only want gold standard the chap became argumentative and tried calling another work over to help, this other work also insisted that if they clean the car they might end up charging me more. Very poor customer service and it’s a shame because the previous guys done a good job and were always friendlyService:&nbsp;Auto interior vacuuming

Left my car with them for 4 hours, came back and car still not been touched. Guys were very rude. I heard a few people complaining about car not cleaned properly. STAY AWAY

If Wish did car washes this would be it! Dropped the car off whilst shopping to discover that the goal posts had moved with a £20 price increase & was informed rudely it took longer than expected to clean, how's that my fault! Door mirrors not even cleaned. Now I'm here writing this oddly there are lots of reviews of 5 stars from people that have only made one review.... I have been here a few times and the prices charged are always more than advertised on the board and there is a slight feeling of being bullied as well. Would not go again.Services:&nbsp;Vacuuming

Went there at 4:35pm there was like 5 people there doing nothing but they told us that they are closed already! Closing time is 5pm with a bad customer service..

Not happy with service providers . Damage mirror mechanism. Damage carmat  broken clip  Not so friendly customer service.

Service is generally good value for those of us who detest cleaning the car, especially on cold winter days.  This visit they dropped a star as having paid out  £30 for the internal/external valet I found some mud smudges on the offside rear that a post wax inspection should have caught, and as I drove away noted the rear passenger window hadn't been cleaned

Absolutely Good service and friendly .. would highly recommend Services:&nbsp;Car waxing
