My son loved his experience of shopping here. All the staff are so kind and took the time to chat to him about the products in the store. My son had a long chat to a sale advisor called Callum who was so knowledgeable and patient.  A lovely local shop with lots to choose from.

Very good choice, reasonable prices and friendly staff. We are very frequent visitors and my daughter loves the Lego play table as well as toy displays. We even have been given advised on how to stop dummy and it worked! If you are with kids in Bicester, this shop is worth a visit.

Really helpful staff who found what I was looking for in their stock room even though it wasn't out on display

Daughter tried to buy a toy marked 4.99 but was charged 5.99. When she gave me the change I went back to the till and Questioned it and was told that’s just the price, and they wouldn’t  honour the 4.99 price advertised, taking advance of children to make a profit. Got refund but staff were rude and unhelpful.

Went to this shop today to looking for toys for our 3 Grandchildren and we were made to feel very uncomfortable by a very large member of staff who clearly had a problem with us looking at the toys, she just appeared to follow us around the store making my wife that uncomfortable she walked out and we will not visiting this shop again, note to store the action of your member of staff today lost you about £75.00+ in sales. We are up in Bicester visiting family so not local to the area and have noticed the decline in the number of independent shops.

It's a nice shop with nice staff and plenty to choose from. My kids could spend hours in there browsing if I had the patience for it.

I walked past the Lego section, picked up a small set to have a look at it then put it back, and one of the workers came over and said to me “ can you take that out of your pocket” and accused me of trying to steal a Lego set and then wouldn’t let me leave because he was sure I stole something.  So I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to get the manager.  Then when I emptied my coat pockets to prove that I didn’t steal anything he just said “ OK” and walked off!  I went back to him and asked for an apology and he told me to leave, the staff employed here are an actual joke and please don’t go here.

This is technically my local Warhammer dealer and the 2 guys in there seem to genuinely want to learn about the product to improve their knowledge, more than happy to spend my money in here

Decent selection of Games Workshop minis and paints. I pop in there quite regularly to pick bits and bobs I need. Friendly and helpful staff

Great choice, great staff - older style toy shop you don’t see much anymore. Shop local!
