terrible staff. went and asked for a mini valet (£15), the guy opened my door and shook his head and said "no, it'll be £30" I asked him why, he said my "car is so dirty it'll take them longer to clean to do a good job". my car was not exceptionally dirty, the inside just needed a hoover and wipe same as any other car, but he kept insisting the £15 mini valet meant that it "won't be a good job". I asked him to confirm what he was saying, and asked "so if i pay you £15 you won't do a good job, but if i pay you £30 you will for the exact same thing?" he couldn't give me a straight answer. bear in mind the highest price they do is £25. He was trying to get me to pay more than that - double what I wanted to pay, and not even for the highest offering. So i said never mind and just got the outside done. won't be going there again. i've used IMO in other places before and always had a pleasant experience. but this one was staffed by rip-off merchants, who were so blatant about it and so rude i felt the need to write this review. AVOID.

Very good for you car. Finally pay less than for other car wash. 10 pounds for full Pro Shield wash. I really loved the place. Highly recommend.

Cow boys.dont try saving money if you have a nice car
Can ruin your paint work. Get it done by hand  at Sainsburys.

They do an ok gym. If you re with the AA uou will get 1/2 price car wash.
