Very poor service I reported a problem with my mum's leaky pipe inside her bungalow but got a rude response from the customer service desk because my mum can't get to the door as she has mobility issues and would not rearrange another visit to fix the problem
Are bins are not being collected and we have a new born baby , I am having to miss work in order to take my bin bags to the recycle center , yet I am paying alot of council tax for a standard service that is not being provided , absolutely disgusting behaviour
Absolutely appalling service, I am registered disabled and in a bungalow, I have phoned many times to ask the contractor who works for the council, ian williams, to put in a shower screen in my wet room, so my careers can stand at the side to shower me without getting wet, had two guys come to measure, then you never hear anymore from them, I thought disabled tenants should be classed as urgent. Just send me a free standing screen, that's all I want, appalling service, my carers have now refused to come
Helpful staff, fabulous hall and a great monthly barn dance. Sadly the barn dances are no more.
Booked 4 seats for the Panto and eventually ONLY I went. A bit disorganized amateur? show and too long BUT some of the singing was very good ! Very well spaced seating. Well done for trying to brighten up our present dark days.
