Parked and paid for van to park in Dogflud car park during my lunch break. The bays are too small for vans so the van wasn't quite able to fit in the parking bay so I got a PCN - The ticket man was literally running away while I was approaching the van so I guess he knew it was a harsh ticket. I Phoned them and they said there is on-street parking on Castle Street for vans! We all know what Castle Street parking is like don't we? That's just not going to happen for a van is it? This is both discrimination and entrapment of the working class. Disgraceful money grabbers.
