If there are any positive reviews they will be fake. I have been using this office for a while now but the employees seem to have more and more "bad days" where the attention and politeness levels have just plunged . It is a pity as the location is very convenient.  Go to the Guildford Post office it's much better!! simply disappointed and unable to find any excuses for the stuff, hence I have decided to write a less than complementary review. AVOID!!!! BE AWARE THE STAFF ARE VERY RUDE!!

Used to be great when it was in Waterstones, but now they’ve moved they’ve banned dogs. Such a shame as godalming is such a dog friendly place.

The Post Office is much improved since they relocated from their previous home in the back of Waterstones. Friendly, helpful staff as always but the queues seem to be a lot better now.

Terrible service, the slowest person ever serving with the other member of staff ignoring the fact that there was a massive line out the door and busying herself with receipts!! Go somewhere else!!
