We have just completed the sale on our riverside home near Windsor. We secured full 7 figure asking price and thanks to Waterview's very strong and fully vetted "black book" of motivated buyers, we secured a real buyer inside a week. Particular thanks to Max for his sale negotiating skills and experience and ensuring a seamless outcome in very quick order. Highly recommend.
Despite the challenges faced during the purchase of my property which a lot was out of the control of the agent. I was highly satisfied with Max as my agent and his attention and promptness when it came to updates. I recently got in touch with Waterview in regard to new properties in the area and was somewhat nervous being a first time buyer.
