I love Waterstones as the staff are true booklovers. They understand their books and are passionate about those that they recommend. 

I struggle with the displays sometimes as they are flat not standing but that is a personal preference.

They have a good selection of books for the size of store, however, the SF/Fantasy section needs even more selection with recommendations.

Not the biggest Waterstones I've ever been in but a very quaint shop with an excellent array of books. If they haven't got what you're looking for then the excellent helpful staff will soon be able to get it for you.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Plenty of Thomas Hardy as well as a wide range of newer authors work. It’s an excellent branch of the bookshop chain.
