Best book shop in Milton Keynes. Good turnover of stock. REALISTICK prices. Helpful staff. Fantastic KID's section. I take all of my used books there and all ways come away with some more. Keep up the good work.

Not your usual "charity shop" this place is like a REAL bookshop, with lots of the recently published adult fiction, as well as a wide range of older books you won't find in Waterstones. There is always a large collection of children's (and "young adult") books in great condition which are two for a pound, making it easy (ie cheap!) to encourage non-phone reading - and to get "set books" for school without breaking the bank. I have to admit, I am biased, as I volunteer there occasionally, but mainly so I can get first pick of the classic SF, most of which is out of print nowadays. If you like books and don't want to pay Amazon prices, pay this place a visit.

Who needs Amazon with a fantastic second hand bookshop like this? Great range of books, all sorted and classified so it's easy to find what you want and friendly helpful staff. I dropped in hoping to find 3 particular books and they were all there. At £1 each.

Usually superb value for money - most things are very very cheap and good quality. They seem to turn over a lot of books here and its not hard to see why - books are priced to sell! Well worth popping in if in the area. NOT your average charity bookshop.
