This store is laid out to different stores that I've been into. It's split over 3 floors but is still well laid out. There is a lift on demand for access for access. There qas a cafe on the 1st floor but wasn't open on the time of visit.

Excellent book shop as you would expect with pleasant on site cafe.

What book shop shouldn't have multiple floors, creaky stairs and a coffee shop.....? Great selection of titles. A credit to Harrogate

1st time in 38 years I stepped into a Waterstones,  From ordering the gift the night before to collecting it and being looked after.. the whole process was fantastic,  The sales assistant knew her stock, and knew what I wanted even when it was in the stock room and not on display.. felt very valued and looked after

Good book shop to browse in, with 3 floors. Has café, loo and lift. Extremely helpful staff who went the extra mile. Very good service.

Usually manage to get a table. Service usually good. Good for a coffee and toast or cake

So many books good to be able to browse without feeling you should have to buy.went with my granddaughter who absolutely loves the feel and smell of books. Think we looked at nearly every book in the shop! Assistants were friendly and helpful when she asked questions.will go again when in Harrogate.

Staff helpful but the layout of the shop is difficult to navigate if you are with someone with mobility issues. Great range of books though
