Fantastic experience at The Works Harrogate. Had a vast range of the genre of books I was looking for. Served by a lovely colleague called Helen who was very helpful and really nice to talk to, with some good recommendations for books.
Think this the biggest Works store I've been too. There is a brilliant range of books and accessories for all ages. Prices are really good and the store is well laid out.
The works store in Harrogate, is not going to survive if its not changed back to stocking up on the items it used to have in it's previous location. Many customers have complained about this change, and the store is now a lot quieter to nil footfall, compared to what it used to be. Nor can the more popular items be ordered on the website. I fear this is the beginning of the end for the works. Not even worth the 1 star. I for one go elsewhere, what else can I do. And " no" it's not the pandemic that's caused this.
I like the new bigger store. Great pens.
Not a great selection bit its always there with the bargains great for kids without spending a fortune

Good prices not huge selection though
Great books for low prices
Shop very inaccessible for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
