The best bookshop in Dundee. You can find lots of books from various genres in this shop. There is a cafe inside the bookshop and that's a good incentive to visit the shop. It would be great if Waterstones arrange the books according to their respective genrelike Blackwells where everything is nicely presented. Many books of various genres were found mixed. The Economics section was very small and it would be good if there are more books. The customer service was great and the shop was quite crowded when I visited shop Cafe being the main reason.
Huge Waterstones here in Dundee with a range of books available. I mostly came in to buy manga and there's a good collection of these available here. Plenty of graphic novels and comic books too. The staff were all friendly had no issues & they also provided great recommendations to check out too!
Exceptionally helpful staff on site: the shop is very well laid out with a massive selection of books to choose from. The coffee shop was slightly disappointing with one member of staff on duty who seemed to be too busy talking to a customer/ friend! Eventually another member of staff appeared and quickly and efficiently cleared the back log of customers waiting for their coffee.
Fantastic book shop, the vibe is always great, nice and tranquil. The staff are super lovely, always willing to help or just chat about books. The cafe is very nice also, they do a fantastic mocha!!
Large Bookshop with a lovely Cafe upstairs serving Snacks, Soups and Cakes. An ambiance of relaxation and peace. Book Staff are excellent and very helpful - including the Baristas . Give it a go ! - Enjoy a Coffee and Cake or Soup and Snacks upstairs with a view
Great variety of books, lovely staff in both the bookshop and the cafe upstairs. Will definitely be returning!
Delicious soup, a choice of 3, more than some places have. Lovely balcony space overlooking the book shop. Only critism felt sorry for the waitress who was wandering round trying to serve her customer her lunch but couldn't find the table perhaps they should have table numbers make it easier all round

Excellent bookshop. The staff are brilliant. So pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Very seldom do I leave without buying at least one book. A lovely peaceful atmosphere conducive to browsing.
