This is a charming coffee shop. I especially like their raspberry croissant and their pistachio latte. The flavour reminded me of visiting my mother’s family in Sicilia when I was a girl. Thank you for bringing back such wonderful memories.Recommended dishesVegan Raspberry Croissant

Have a love hate relationship with this place. I sometimes come in and it's an amazing experience but other times it's not so good... I once was sat in an hour or so before closing, had a lovely hot drink with some company. Around 30 mins before closing one of the workers starts to clear some empty tables and I don't really think much of it as I knew there was still plenty time before they shut as they were still serving customers at the counter too. He then starts to sigh and look at us and other tables in annoyance as if we were keeping him past closing even though as stated... it was a good half hour before closing anyway. He started to sweep the floor RIGHT next to us and we felt we had to rush to drink the rest of our drinks and leave. As we were leaving I saw him give us and a few other customers a dirty look. If he needed to clear tables earlier that is fine but being passive aggressive about it is just immature, I would have been very open to being told he needed to clean rather than deal with a grown man huffing and puffing at us. I know what it's like to be kept behind after-hours in work so I would never purposely stay any longer or make a workers job harder especially as it got closer to closing time, but as we were there way ahead of time I feel it was very unfair to be treated like that.
Large Caffe latte it was really good and tasted just like a Latte should. Better Latte than never. Fast service Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed to drink coffee in Caffe Nero.

Out of all the chain stores, Nero in my opinion has the best coffee.
Great and friendly staff and the coffee is good. However, the girl that works there discriminates against people of colour which I find extremely disturbing and unacceptable so I decided to stop visiting the place.
One of the rare places that serves proper espresso! The roast is just right that even in a cold latte the aroma doesn't dilute too much. Cozy spot with a nice lighting. Takes cash. Friendly staff too.
Quite abyssmal really. I got the distinct impression that our hot food had been forgotten about, and had to queue up again to ask where it was. By the time it arrived our coffee's were half finished and getting cold. Not worth £13.40
Friendly staff and good selection of snacks/pastries. Although busy quick service. Worth a visit. Good place to visit for a quick snack/coffeeFood: 5/5
