If you're a regular that hasn't tried the middle Eastern food, you should. And if you've never been this is the best Saturday morning breakfast you can buy in Dundee
My son & I went for a traditional British breakfast. You can choose which items you have on your plate from an extensive list. Everything was cooked to perfection, and all very good quality. I highly recommend the breakfast. However, I didn't know this café served Middle Eastern/Egyptian food, I will certainly be going back to try some of the other dishes on the menu.
Great food. Amgard is a bit hard to understand but he's one of the nicest people ever, and he genuinely wants everyone to enjoy their meal. Always makes vegan meals for us. We also had him cater our wedding and had dozens of people compliment the food. One of my favorite places in the world to eat.
Excellent! Went here for breakfast this morning and had the Arabic breakfast - great value, delicious and so much food - falafel, flatbread, veggie omelette, 2 eggs, egg salad, tomato/bulgur wheat salad, hummus, olives and feta cheese! So much tastier and healthier than your usual cafe breakfast - though they do have the usual fry-up if that's what you crave. Best cafe in the area, great service and the lunch stuff looks delicious too, we will be back!
Quiet, unpretentious cafe with an eclectic menu covering standard British and Scottish fare, some pasta dishes but inclining towards Middle Eastern dishes. Music far from obtrusive. Table service No wifi. I didn't eat here so can't comment on the food.
Delicious food with very reasonable price and super friendly service! We've tried a number of Middle East dishes here and they are really nice. Will definitely come back :
Great cafe serving Scottish and middle eastern fare. Had the wrap fol medammes and the Lamb Kafta. The owner is very friendly.
We arrived late in day, so cake stocks were low, but had delicious baclava. The owner serving could not of been more charming
Food is so-so, despite the cook being Mediteranean, the food isnt. The staff was a bit abrupt but may just have been having a bad day.
Good food with low price. I really love chicken kofta. Very friendly staff.
