I find it absolutely shocking that environmental health have condemned our home as unfit to live in with two new borns because of the damp and black mould and condensation problem in our home. Today our boiler is now also condemned and u refuse point blank to put us in a hotel for a night or two until it is fixed ( no heating and no hot water !) two babies and a disabled person that needs hot baths and heat to help as part of my medical condition. Absolutely shocking ! I’m going to go to the papers with this ! P’s with no heating the condensation and black mould will also only get worse! Well done Waterloo - you fail to help us once again

No stars if possible, waterloo housing groups are a complete joke! They are the worst housing association ever. Disfunctional, rude, arrogant, hypocritical, lazy and inconsiderate. I can't express how much I'd rather live in a tent under a bridge than deal with waterloo homes anymore.

Rubbish left me without heating and hot water for 4 weeks still not done and I have a two year old who is ment to be a priority.

Downloaded the app and tried to register and when I went to put my postcode in and it says find address , it came up saying there was no such address . Really annoyed because I wanted to keep track of my rent payments . Useless
