After moving from another local surgery due to very bad lack of care to Waterfield, I have to say it's been the best decision for me and my family. We have complex health needs and I have to say things have moved so quickly forward since moving to this surgery. I haven't met a GO in the practice yet that is rude or unhelpful. The only issue we have is sometimes the prescriptions but that's not often. I can't thank this surgery enough for what they have done for us!! Definetly recommend!

Conversley to the other two reviews I find particularly the Warfield practice very helpful, I have always managed to get an appointment and found staff lovely.  This was a great change from the rude staff at the Warfield practice next door - were reception and doctors have an awful patronising manner. I wonder if the other reviewers got them mixed up !

Rude receptionists, very hard to make an appointment for this place. I've moved to the one in Birch Hill, that place is much better.

Can hardly ever get an appointment and when you do you're greeted with an extremely rude receptionist

Really hard to get appointments and when referred for blood tests you will need to book an appointment for this referral !!!!!
