Receptionists have always been nice to speak to and quick to sort any issues I may have had. Much nicer than the receptionists of other doctors I've had in the past
Guess there are problems with the reception and they always want to postpone the appointment for indefinite times. Unsure if it's their KPI or instructions from higher management. It took 3 months for me to give blood sample and now god knows when the report will come and GP will see it and give me the prescription
Useless staff at reception couldn’t complete a registration after I physically went in despite not being able to get walk well or at all at points filled out registration and after waiting for their phone call to confirm 8 days past and they had no knowledge of my existence and then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to still register. They all need sacking and retraining from beginning to end. Couldn’t rate them lower if I wanted to
This is the BEST GP practice in the UK. We wouldn't need so many A&E if other practices worked like this. Well done!

Brain dead receptionist team that could literally care less about your queries. One lady seems okay on a good day. Very bizarre process for making a simple appointment that is always dragged out for days, wasting time and energy. As for the GP... He can't wait to get you off the phone. Not very clear English either and lots of mumbling so you leave not knowing crucial information. Not that I am one to judge but I feel when you're dealing with health, its imperative to have clear, consise communication or why be in the position? If you register here, you'll always feel like your health is inadequately cared for... which is by no means a good thing. Every visit or call you make will be rushed. Site has good parking but interior seems very old school and in need of a refresh.
Great doctors. Rude receptionist, the lady clearly doesn’t want to be there and comes across abrupt with an unnecessary attitude.
Really sorry, for the rest patients and "good doctors, and good "staff members"....but this place have a very stupid receptionists, I call to days,to book appointment like emergency, also from 8 Am no space to book......first receptionists was really rude with me on the phone.Second lady ho spoke with me was quiet ok...but iven her don't have right reason why first one in 2 day don't help me ...with my Emergency appointment...becouse first one doesn't like to help ...Never come back to this place!!!!Really bad NHS costumer service in UK/Bracknell ......
Will be sorry to leave after 15 years, excellent staff throughout. Looked after me extremely well.
