Really bad surgery, they never take appointments if I call them. The only person that is willing to help you is a lovely Nurse Fiona. She's the only reason I'm still there. The receptionist she seems to pick whoever she wants to book.

Having attended an appointment and requested a referral to consultant I waited for a letter to come in the post with details of appointment or details of how to book. After 10 days I called the surgery to chase only to find the letter was there waiting for me and it was dated the 17.11.17. the receptionist said they had no contact details for me and yet I live in the same house and phone number has not changed ?? even royal mail would of got it to me before that. So now after calling the booking line I have to wait in pain until 15th December which was the first available slot. not happy as if I got this sooner I may of been getting treatment next week instead of being restricted in my work and life in general.

Rude receptionists always messing my prescriptions up. Dr Johnson is lovely though, I will only see her. Everytime I call up, the receptionists make me feel guilty for calling in, it's as if they can't be bothered to deal with me.

Website said they were open til 9pm...oooh what a surprise to find them shut at 6.30. Absolute joke this place. Heavens forbid you need anything outside of office hours.
