My wisdom tooth has been causing pain for some time now. I seen the lady dentist 2 weeks ago, don’t know her name but she was lovely, she could tell I was very nervous. I went back today to have wisdom tooth removed, I was so nervous and scared as I had a bad experience with another dentist a few years ago that I nearly cancelled today but so pleased I didn’t. The lady dentist made me feel at ease although I was anxious, I said I was ok to proceed. She kept asking all the way through if I was ok. She then said to take deep breaths, I thought she had paused before going back in but she said the tooth was out, I couldn’t believe it, I never felt a thing. I couldn’t thank her enough, she’s a credit to this dental practice, as are all the staff. I’m now not worried to go back for any treatment I may need.
Emergency appointment arranged in less than 12 hours. I was really apprehensive but the dental nurse and dentist were absolutely the best, putting me at ease, the dental nurse even held my hands during the stressful part and the dentist explained exactly what they were going to do and how long my recovery would take. Thank you so much, highly recommend!
Amazing service at this dentist! My 95 year old father needed an emergency extraction over the New Year weekend. Not only did they reply to my message on a Sunday New Year’s Eve! at 5pm but the dentist saw my dad that same evening and sorted out his tooth and abscess. This meant dad didn’t have to suffer in pain all weekend. He said everyone was lovely to him and he felt like a new man following his treatment. I couldn’t believe it had all happened when it did. Thank you so much!
This is the best dentist in the area, my sister unfortunately got attacked by a dog and lost one of her front teeth, after being signed off her normal dentist during covid i spoke to Watch dentis as im also a patient there, Watch dentist took her on to do her treatment. They were very efficient and professional throughout and within 3 weeks my sister had her smile back, I would highly recommend them.
Absolute life savers! Went to have a tooth pulled at my private dentist - which they couldn't do, they referred me to the dentist hospital for treatment 35 week waiting list... - I called Watchdental who booked me in within hours and saved my tooth and agony with a route canal treatment there on the spot. Couldn't thank them enough! I've now switched to these as my dentist, couldn't be happier.
Absolutely amazing experience I have generalised anxiety disorder from a past dentist being so ruff to the fact I had a broken cheek bone which gave me the biggest dentist fear ever , I came to watch dental last night and was treated with so much kindness and respect and gave such amazing options for my treatment without any judgement, such a warm , friendly and respectful attitude, grace is such a friendly and inviting lady and the dentist don’t remember his name is so understanding I felt no anxiety at all , I am so unbelievably grateful to be a new patient at this practice, I truthfully do not understand the negative reviews from my experience please go by the 5* reviews as if I could I would give more than 5* , thank you so much for the warm , friendly and relaxed experience.
My partner and me, recently had an incredible experience here, the reception was welcoming and organised making the check in process a breeze. The dentist and dental assistant were fantastic and explained each step with care and creating comfortable environment. Great experience!
Excellent customer service as always from all the staff at Watch Dental Benton, the staff are always friendly, kind, caring and willing to help. I have had to wear a denture from the age of 11years old and have always been extremely conscientious of my teeth, I had to have a new denture made and fitted due to damage of my old denture and the team pulled together to ensure that I had it in 3 weeks from start to finish, I am extremely happy with my new teeth and feel I can smile once again. The staff have always gone above and beyond put me at ease at every visit. A 5+ star service. Thank you all once again.
Amazing experience. Can't fault this dental clinic at all. My teeth had become damaged from pregnancy and needed some work doing. Staff were lovely and really caring and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you
Disgusting service , I've been going there since a child , because I haven't been since 2017 they've took me off register , and won't see me , now I've got to find another dentist , so I go there for 43 Yr, only happy to take my money , now I return after 7 Yr and they turn me away , disgusting service
