Fantastic Facilities. Kids get to have a sandwich, biscuits, crisps and a carton or juice free of charge and adults get to have a delicious pot of pasta free of charge also.
We went to use the Hydro Pool with Son's physio, to learn exercises, and what an amazing place. We used Sensory room, park, and cafe, all staff were welcoming and happy people, which made our day extra Special, so thank you to you all.

Came to visit with with husband as I'm waiting short term respite. Really liked it. Staff seem really nice as well. Think the pool and the rooms will help me as I have had a head inquiry and can get really stressed xx
Great place, have to book.disabled parking.has a playground outside .all flat for wheelchair / pushchairs.has good disabled toilets with changing facilities.
If I could make one improvement it would be a bigger building with more rooms and activities! Not cause they are lacking but cause it's so popular with service users there's just so much demand brilliant staff each and everyone of them too!
My daughter stayed at alan shearermy daughter was taking out as she was lying in bed un washed pad and her body was discussing she should of been there for a week we took her out after 3days there was a investigation but somehow it fell through the net. In my experience if your loved one cant tell you then dont use this place.
My son loves it here he's got so much from it very calming and lots sensory his favourite is hydrotherapy pool and ball pit brilliant staff
Great facilities ans helpful staff, very popular so ring in quite a bit advance 5-7 days to book sensory rooms, my clients love it here
Took a small group of young people with different abilities to use the hydro pool. Staff were fabulous. Facilities amazing!
