Safe to say the receptionist needs the sack or a severe training course, her attitude is absolutely disgusting the plus size one with brown hair who refuses to get up and let anyone through the doors cos she can’t be bothered to get up. She makes you feel so stupid when you tell her what’s wrong ‘is that it’, while I was there a couple that came in distressed about there daughter and she couldn’t get the name right, she was talking to them like crap and then when they left she continued to laugh about how funny there names was infront of everyone. She ignored the nurses and when asking if she could open the doors for them too. Your job can’t be as stressful as there’s so I think you need a job change! So unprofessional, unhelpful and poor mannered go work somewhere you like to work! Nurses and doctors were wonderful!
When coming into AE Thursday care I had was good in part s let down of it is that staff are not very polite to the patient that are hard of hearing.Thankfully. I was only in there for a while it would be nice that if the could train some of the less nurses that all they want to do is take the meeking out of patience that are vulnerable hard of hearing .other wise A E are amazing nice hospital I was far to poorly to say a lot to the nurse that wanted me out of the cubicle all she did was hanging around not to my experience has a carer she was not very compassionate at all most disappointing..I was thankful to be sent home.Surely are there nurses do any training those that are hard of hearing vulnerable really may me feel if i was not ill but i was.
I had a hernia operation in January 24 from the pre op to the post op excellent care. All the staff no matter what level/grade were all very caring and good at their job. Thank you.nI have a complete knee operation this Friday 22march24 and I have no worries that i won't be looked after from start to finish. I really appreciate you all. Thank you.
We came in 3 times with our kids that clearly needed some antibiotics because of an ear infection and the first 2 times we were sent home with only paracetamol an ibuprofen , the first time my kid was. Checked on their ears and aparently she was hurt on her ear so next day we realised there was blood on her ear and 2 time once again to the hospital because she kept complaining and the fever wasn’t coming down and the once again she was sent home with paracetamol and ibuprofen and then a nurse ask me how do I clean my daughters ears Witch i reply with the towel or the corner of the towel Which she said that was the problem and she insinuated tha I hurt my child and to not worry that I will not be in trouble, I’m speechless I had no word to reply what she insinuated that was clearly not the issue , I’m really not happy what that nurse said to me I’m very angry and dissatisfied and disappointed not happy at all. Later that day we went to A/E once again we were there from 10:30 till16:30 and she was checked properly and seen properly to and clearly she has an ear infection we’re she was getting worse and thankfully everything was sorted and all this problem could be sorted since the first time we went To A/E and we didn’t need to come 3 times in there row for her been given the right medicine, although she’s much better now.
My experience at the A&E was absolutely incredible. After arrival at 21:30 I was triaged, had obs, ECG, bloods, urine, medication, an examination and discharge all within 2 hours. The staff were extremely efficient, kind, and they clearly had excellent procedures in place to maximise their efficiency. It did not feel chaotic at all, and I could not have been more impressed by their professionalism and speed. Thank you Warwick!
