Calm and relatively quiet on a sunny summer day.nNo queues for the slide park and you can hear yourself think.nThe staff were also under less pressure so we got great service.nnOnline food offer pizza and slushie works out well and doesn’t break the bank if there a few of you.
The online booking system was convenient, but after receiving the confirmation email a week before the party, my follow-up questions were never answered, which was disappointing.nnOn the day, reception felt quite disorganized. There were staff around but no clear instructions on where to queue, so people crowded at the counter. Clearer signs or marked waiting areas would make check-in much smoother.nnOnce the party started, everything went well and the kids had a great time. Special thanks to our host Will, who was patient, polite, and very attentive—he often checked on us and even came over immediately to help when he noticed I needed something.nnTwo areas for improvement: the 30-minute mealtime felt rushed an extra 15 minutes would help, and the trampolines’ cleanliness could be better, as some kids noticed dust.
We had my daughter birthday party there. We were super happy with help Liam who was our host! Kids all ages were entertained and we are thinking of coming back soon!
Sadly, this place has gone downhill since the takeover. Prices are up, food often arrives cold or stale, and customer service has taken a serious hit. We were refused entry despite having a fully paid pass — only admitted after I went home to fetch proof. The whole situation ended with my daughter in tears, and you’d think any decent business would do everything to avoid that. After years of visiting, we won’t be back
I went a few months back and was massively disappointed. I had booked a 90 minute play at 5pm, with a view to have dinner there before going home. No one bothered to tell us the kitchen was closing until I was at the till ready to order. There was plenty of opportunity to have told us given the time of the soft play.nnIn addition to this, I went to the toilet before leaving with my daughter and left my bottle of water and other items on the sink. A colleague was in the toilets cleaning the area and when I came out to wash my hands, my stuff had been moved to another sink, the colleague said nothing and looked a bit sheepish. It felt a bit creepy and uncomfortable. There was no consent to move my stuff and no candour after.nnThe jumpin' days had a brighter energy and bigger presence. There are two sessions a week for toddlers and where it could potentially be a great place for toddlers, it's been restricted so much that I don't even bother.nnSorry it's not a better review. Hopefully you can take away something from this.
