I visit here around once every 2 weeks. The staff are always super friendly, polite, and aware of our needs. The facilities are always clean and I've never had any issues with delayed entry.nThe range of trampolines coupled with inflatables, slides and soft play is amazing; great value for money.nThe cafe has a range of food and drinks at a reasonable cost and the coffee is always hot and made properly!nThere is plenty of seating for spectators; a great day out for me and my son.nnOn a separate note, my son has some additional needs and both myself and he have always been treated with great awareness by all staff. There are not many places we can go where he can just be himself and have so much fun and I can relax and feel he's safe and happy.nThis is due to a professional and friendly team; this park is not local to me, in fact I drive past 2 other trampoline parks on my 1 hour journey to Air Hop Warwick but I choose this one due to the friendliness/attitude of the staff and the facilities.nnWell worth the drive and the money
Great place fun for all ages food and drink available plenty of parking.
Quick and friendly bookings at the facility. Much more fun activities to do. We loved the new addition of the slides.nService at the cafe is much quicker than it use to be.
My daughter had her birthday party there on bank holiday Monday. I hadn't been since it had become Air Hop. Seats are better and it's better lit. Cooler but maybe it was a cooler day. Hot chocolate and coffee good. Flapjacks etc pricey. Parking still not great. Equipment seemed clean and good variety. My daughter liked the new slides. Lots of staff around to ensure safety. Our party host, Chris, was very good, organised, on time and unobtrusive, thank you. Check in was good with waiver checks online and allergies checked. Because we were 10 mins early they got an extra 10 mins jumping. A much better experience than I anticipated having read some average reviews recently. I've only subtracted a star due to parking being potentially a pain and only being able to go in the party room just before the jumping session ended, I can imagine on a busier day that might be an issue, but otherwise, great. I'd go again if I really had to.
Took the 7 and 9 year old grand kids who have been before and love it. Numbers booked on are carefully monitored so no overcrowding on the trampolines. Allow 10-15 mins to get checked in, buy non slip socks if first visit and take plenty of water if you don't want to buy drinks. Plenty of seating for non participants in view of the action. Parking is free in their car park or on the road leading to it.nThe only reason I am giving it a four is the cafe facilities as the cappuccino I ordered was pretty poor in taste and no healthy food options on sale.
